Cybernao makes this possible with the various tools it places at your disposal. It allows you to save and protect passwords, encrypt files, set up reminders and more. Cybernao is free to try for a limited period of time, but without any functionality restrictions. It works on Windows 2000, XP, Vista, Win 7 and Win 8 and it can be installed quickly, without any difficulties. The software doesn't ask for any special tools and you don't need to sacrifice too many resources to run it.

While Cybernao is running on your computer, you can access a series of useful tools, on a compact interface, by touching the upper edge of the screen with the mouse cursor. Clicking the available options will display different windows, on which you can save passwords, encrypt files, set up reminders and automatic tasks, configure hotkeys and manage RSS feeds. A search function is available as well, on the main interface, which can be used to locate contents on Google, Google Images, YouTube or Wikipedia.

Passwords for email accounts, social networks, banking and other accounts can be stored in different folders. To create a new entry, you only need to insert a tile, username, password and a URL on a small window. Although you can't specify other details, the password manager comes with other useful features, like a password generator and auto-fill capabilities.

Another useful security feature is Cybernao's file encryptor. All you have to do is target a file, type a password and click a button and the program will encrypt the file right away, using the popular 256-bit AES encryption protocol. Besides protecting accounts and files, the software can also execute various actions automatically, according to a user-defined schedule. You can set up actions like shutting down or restarting the computer, opening files, stopping processes or launching websites. These actions can be executed once, at a certain date and time or on a regular basis.

It is also possible to assign the same tasks to one or more hotkeys, so you can execute them on demand. If you wish to run a specific program or visit a website, you only need to use its corresponding hotkey. The software provides support for reminders as well. Reminders can be defined just like automatic tasks, but instead of selecting an action, you only need to type a message.
